A review of my blog so far

I was very fat- 106 kilogram, but I have fixed this problem: I am 86 kilograms now.
In my blog, I share my experience of losing weight and good articles matching my experience. I, a successful dieter, recommend you all the methods I have already practiced for one and a half years. I do three things a day: I have banana diet and tomato soup: the former, breakfast; the latter, dinner; I drink lots of water-2000CC; I also exercise thirty minutes every day. Having lots of vegetables and fruits, less carbohydrate and no alcohol is a good way. I think the motivation of exercise is very important. Doing interesting exercises like WII makes me feel no pain but fun. Just remember not to practice any strange diet methods hurting your health, such as cigarette diet. Now I am very proud to name myself Andre the Light Keeper because I keep myself light.

  1. Hi Andre! It's interesting that you've been focusing a lot on smoking on your blog, and that you have found exercising with Wii useful. Recently I've read newspaper reports about a two-year-old Indonesian who was smoking 40 cigarettes a day. Apparently he would fly into a rage if he was denied his fix when he wanted it. The most recent article I read was about how specialists are helping him cut down. The method? They distract him from his adiction by playing with him and showing him how to use toys! By the way, are you sure you haven't used photoshop to make yourself look supersized in the first photo?
