It is very easy to practice the morning banana diet: eating bananas and drinking room temperature water for breakfast. You can lose weights, no matter what you eat and drink the rest of day.

Bananas are said to be good for digestion; moreover, they can speed up bodies’ metabolism. Another reason is bananas contain rich fiber which can make people feel full and prevent certain carbohydrate to be absorbed. But it would be better if dieters eat their suppers before eight PM and avoid dessert; a piece of fruit is acceptable. Furthermore, dieters should go to bed before midnight every night.

According my own experience, the morning banana diet really works. I have practiced the morning banana diet for one and half years. I eat a banana which is raw: it is not cooked or frozen; I drink 600cc room temperature water; I exercise three times a week, and I also sleep before 11:30. As a result, I have already lost over 20 kilograms. But I wonder about what the author said you may eat and drink as you like in the article. I pay lots of attention to the food I ate. I do not have carbohydrate food; I do not eat candies; I drink water only 2000cc a day, but tell the truth, I will let myself relax to enjoy some junk food occasionally. Still I think it’d better to be careful if you want to lose weights, even having banana diet.

Yo Man!!

I made it


After one year and six months I have practiced a losing weights program. I have lost 25KG. I am 81KG now. It is clear that nothing I did before will get as much praise as losing more than 20 kilograms. Losing weights was discouraging because I had tried so many times before this big success. For those of you who ask me how I did it. You should know that you cannot reap without sowing. To keep fitness is never ending battle. I know “I sow in tears but I reap in joy.”─ eating less, exercising more, drink water, and go to bed early before 11 o’clock. Remember the slogan: "If I can do it, anyone can."; therefore, you can make it, too.I will tell you all in details. I want to shsre my experience with you. Enjoy reading my blog.

I made it!


I once weighted 106KG but now look at my photos before and after. Do you believe that I "was" that fat? I was slow and lazy at that time.
