
People use different ways to cut weights. Some of the ways are good, but some of them are weird. Have you ever heard that smoking diet? I think it is a stupid act because once you begin to smoke you will addict to cigarettes─quit smoking difficulty, and gain more weight quickly when you try to quit it, and get lung cancers easily. Trust me that I was a smoker before and I gained about 20 kilograms when I unwillingly quitted─I was in a coma, and I was disabled later, and I can reach no cigarettes any more─the cigarettes. Now I am healthy, fit without bad habits
